Final Stats

New Haven, CT - Senior Chirs Lennon had a match high 19 kills and added 18 assists to lead the University of New Haven men's volleyball to a 3-1 win over EIVA opponent Sacred Heart University on Thursday night at Charger Gymnasium. The Chargers prevailed 30-26, 30-20, 18-30 and 30-23.

Tommy Musto, also a senior, logged 16 kills on outstanding .444 hitting, and added eight digs. Sophomore Austin Michalski had 32 assists and 7 digs, while graduate student Matthew Soderstrom, also closing out his career at UNH, had 13 kills and five service aces.

For Sacred Heart, sophomore Kalani Efstathiou (Beaverton, OR) led the way with 15 kills while senior Chris Yantz (Setauket, NY) logged 12 winners in the final match of his career. Dan DuVall (Poolseville, MD) had a match-high 42 assists.

The Pioneers finish the season with a 6-14 record.
